The Power of A Good Health Advocate

With a lackluster economy many are finding the financial pressures brought about or made worse by the economic downturn in the housing market to continue to hit them hard. Workers fear the worst might not be over and the job market seems to reflect these sentiments as pay increases seem to have diminished and good paying jobs are harder to come by. As unemployment rates continue to raise many workers facing financial trouble will start dipping into their retirement savings to stay a head of their bills. A recent survey by the Society for Human Resource Management showed that more than 70 percent of employees at any given company will dip into their employer-sponsored savings plan over the last 12 months than in past years. Unfortunately dipping into ones savings or retirement account will only get them so far.
